This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your installation, access, and use of the application platform located at outbreaktracker.net. By installing, accessing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement globally and regionally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application platform at outbreaktracker.net solely for personal, informational, or internal organizational purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the application platform at outbreaktracker.net—including but not limited to source code, databases, automated data stream structures, user interface designs, visual layouts, and site functionalities—remain the absolute and exclusive property of the platform's owners and operators. No transfer of intellectual property rights occurs under this license.
The application provides outbreak-related tracking analytics compiled from external public datasets. We do not guarantee the completeness, chronological accuracy, or absolute correctness of the information. The platform serves informational landscapes and must never be relied upon as a substitute for professional health or legal advice. Any reliance you place on the information provided by outbreaktracker.net is strictly, entirely, and solely at your own risk.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all access, installation, or use of outbreaktracker.net. The platform operators reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or data stream at any time without liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application platform at outbreaktracker.net is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
In no event shall outbreaktracker.net, its owners, operators, parent entities, directors, board members, investors, employees, developers, partners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement, and any disputes, controversies, or legal claims arising out of or relating to it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You explicitly and irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any legal proceedings.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
